eCSA3 software is used for not only for financial control risk management but for all of
the controls that mitigate operational risk as well. As the risk management software
is able to assign Control Items to individuals in roles or
positions, Control Items can be extremely granular and specific.
Categories of Control Items
Control Items can be assigned in any category you can define.
Example categories include:
- Financial
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Environmental
- Trading Standards
- Security (physical and digital)
- IT Operational Control Items (disaster recovery plan,
backups, security)
- Facilities
- and any other operational risk categories unique to your
organisation.
